Are there any other charges?
There are no additional per-user charges, nor charges for setup or cancellation. The only thing you ever have to pay is the flat monthly fee of your chosen plan.
How does the trial period work?
All accounts (except the free account, which is free forever) start off with a 14 day free trial. After this time, if you decide to keep using DataNostra, we'll send you a bill.
Is this a long-term commitment?
DataNostra is a pay-as-you-go service, meaning there are no long term contracts for you to commit to. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
How will I be billed?
Your credit card will be billed monthly. There are no contracts or hidden fees. We use PayPal, the world's largest external payment service provider to process credit cards transactions. We don't access your credit card ourselves.
Can I pay by cheque?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our online payment system (PayPal). Of course, you may also pay by PayPal. If you would like to prepay for 12 months you can pay by cheque.
Can I change my plan if I want to?
Of course! You can upgrade your account anytime you want. Just go to your DataNostra account settings and choose the desired plan.
What if I decide to cancel?
Since DataNostra doesn't have long term contracts, you are free to cancel your account at any time. Just go to your DataNostra account section, click "delete this account" and follow the instructions.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
If you cancel the system deletes account information and all copies of your files we've stored on our servers immediately: there is no undo.
